Emile Henry storage bowls rely on our grandmothers’ tricks to preserve fruits & vegetables for longer…and naturally. The clever design allows an elegant presentation of beautiful fruit on the top, while onions, garlic and potatoes are safely kept out of sight, drafts and light.

The natural properties of the cork help preserve the fruit and keeps pesky fruit flies at bay. The ceramic body keeps the light out, while the holes in the bowl help for air circulation, and together with the insulating properties of the cork lid, maintain a constant temperature, much like an old school cellar.
