Asado All Purpose can be used as a dry rub or as a delicious brine. In Argentina, it is called Salmuera. This seasoning can be used on beef, pork, poultry, fish, wild game and any vegetable.
How to use it as a sauce: Mix one tablespoon of Salmuera to every 1/2 cup (4oz) of warm water to use as a brine.
