We love our dowel-style wooden rolling pin, but sometimes more precision is required for prepping pizza dough for the oven or grill.
Enter this handy little rolling gadget that combines two pins in one tool! Grip the tool in the middle and use the wider dowel to work a chilled dough down to roughly the desired size, then switch to the smaller dowel to refine the thickness of your crust.
For pizza, we recommend dough with 1/8″ thickness. This double dough roller is great for working with smaller pizzas, pies or cookie dough.
